Do you have a no-show policy?
In the event of a no show, a fee of $20 will be applied to your next visit. This fee is necessary to compensate our barbers for the lost time and income resulting from the missed appointment. Any client who fails to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice on more than two occasions will be subject to a temporary ban from scheduling future appointments at our shop.

What is your cancellation policy?
For services over $100, a deposit is needed, which is non-refundable if you cancel or reschedule with less than 72 hours’ notice. Contact us at least 3 days in advance to avoid losing your deposit. Thank you for helping us maintain an efficient schedule for all clients.
